What? Big Oil Companies are returning to Iraq? Must be a sign of progress, right? I mean, 'free market' and all. It's not like the US rigged this or anything, because Iraq is a sovereign country, and besides, the article even says "its not clear" whether the US played a role in awarding the contracts. Who could have predicted this?
